Care at every step

More than a questionnaire

Our service is built around personalised care, not just filling in a form. We want every patient to feel comfortable asking questions, raising concerns and speaking openly with our team throughout their treatment journey.

  • An independent check of your height and weight

We take extra steps to make sure treatment is appropriate and safe for you before your first supply. Either through a short video call or our integrated live verification.

  • A decision by a registered prescriber

Made on your full history and your other medicines. If treatment is not right for you, we say so.

  • A pharmacist check on every order

Our pharmacists are experienced in weight loss treatment and can support you throughout your journey, from answering medication questions to helping with side effects, dose changes and ongoing care.

Weight Loss Injections

Weight loss injections are taken once a week, with each pen providing four weeks of treatment. They work by helping to reduce appetite and increase feelings of fullness, making it easier to manage portion sizes and calorie intake. Treatment starts at a lower dose and is gradually increased over time to help your body adjust.

No treatments are currently available to order. You can still explore the options below or contact our pharmacy team for help.

What does that mean?
Losing 15% of your starting weight means losing 15 kg if you started at 100 kg. This is an example to explain the percentage, not a prediction of your results.
Keep in mind
These are averages from separate studies, so they cannot tell us which treatment will work best for you. Everyone also received support with diet and physical activity. Some people lost more, others less. The doses shown are not starting doses.
Common side effects
All four can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation and abdominal pain. Side effects vary between people and treatments.
How they help
Help regulate appetite, reduce hunger and increase feelings of fullness.
Dose increases
Start at a low dose and increase gradually according to your prescriber’s treatment plan.
Safety information & sources

This is a brief comparison, not a complete list of risks or side effects. Read the patient information leaflet before use. Persistent, severe abdominal pain requires urgent medical attention. For injection storage after first use, follow the product leaflet.

Who can use the service?

Adults aged 18 to 74 with a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or more. Also adults with a BMI of 27 or more and a weight-related condition, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure or sleep apnoea. Your prescriber makes the final decision.

Will I definitely get treatment?

No. A prescription is not guaranteed. The prescriber decides on clinical grounds and may suggest an alternative or refer you to your GP. The assessment is free either way.

Why do you check my height and weight?

Your height, weight and BMI help the prescriber decide whether weight loss treatment is appropriate for you. Verifying these details gives them a more accurate picture of your suitability before any medicine is prescribed.

How is it checked?

There are several ways we can verify your height and weight, depending on what’s most suitable for you. This may include a short video call, live video verification, a live selfie, or information from your GP or medical records.

Which treatment is best for me?

That depends on your health, your other medicines and any treatment you have had before. Your prescriber will explain the options. The comparison on this page shows the main differences.

Can I switch from another provider?

Often, yes. Tell us your current treatment and dose in the assessment. The prescriber can then continue it safely without restarting from the lowest dose.

What does it cost?

The consultation and delivery are completely free. All treatment prices are clearly shown on the individual product pages, with the cost usually increasing as the treatment strength increases.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Prescription treatment is linked to your patient record. You need an account to order and to see your treatment history.

Is delivery discreet?

Yes. Plain packaging, tracked, with nothing on the outside to say what is inside.

What if I get side effects?

Contact our pharmacy team at any time. If you feel unwell, get medical help first and tell us afterwards.

Prescription-only medicines are supplied only after a consultation with a registered prescriber and independent verification of your height and weight. A prescription is not guaranteed. Treatment works alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
