This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") under which Platinum Online Pharmacy ("we", "us", "our") supplies any of the products ("Products") listed on our website www.platinumonlinepharmacy.co.uk ("the Site") to you.
Some Products may be supplied directly by us, while others may be fulfilled by approved third-party suppliers ("3rd Party Supplier(s)").
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site. Please also read our [Privacy Policy] and Website Terms of Use.
The Site is operated by Platinum Online Pharmacy, a business registered and operating in Scotland, United Kingdom. Our pharmacy is fully regulated and compliant with applicable UK and ROI legislation. Our VAT registration number is available upon request.
2.1 Orders are placed via the Site by following the onscreen prompts. You can correct any errors up to the point of clicking "Proceed to Secure Payment".
2.2 Once your order is placed, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This is not acceptance. A binding contract is only formed when we send you an email confirming the dispatch of your Products.
2.3 Each Dispatch Confirmation relates only to the Product(s) listed in it. Other items in the same order may be confirmed separately.
2.4 We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
2.5 We may be unable to process your order if:
2.6 Some Products may be subject to legal age restrictions. By ordering, you confirm that all details provided (including your date of birth) are true, accurate and current.
3.1 Products will be delivered using the method you select at checkout. Products fulfilled by 3rd Party Suppliers may be eligible only for standard postal delivery.
3.2 Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. We cannot deliver to multiple addresses within one order. Additional positioning or handling is not included.
3.3 Certain heavy or bulky items may incur extra delivery charges, which will be shown at checkout.
4.1 Products become your responsibility once delivered. We are not liable for any damage, loss or theft after this point, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
4.2 Ownership of the Products transfers to you when:
5.1 Prices are listed clearly on the Site and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order will apply unless there is a clear pricing error.
5.2 Prices include VAT (UK or ROI, as applicable) but exclude delivery charges, which are shown at checkout.
5.3 We cannot dispatch your order until payment is completed in full.
5.4 We accept major debit/credit cards and other approved payment methods.
5.5 By using a card, you confirm it is yours or that you have authorisation. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer.
5.6 If a pricing error is found, we may either cancel your order or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
Due to the nature of our Products — including medication, sealed healthcare goods, and items requiring special handling — we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except where Products are faulty, damaged, or misdescribed upon delivery, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Please do not attempt to return any Products without contacting us first.
