Paramol Pain Relief Tablets

Paramol Tablets are used for the short-term relief of acute moderate pain that is not relieved by paracetamol, ibuprofen, or aspirin alone. They can help with headache, migraine, dental pain, period pain, backache, muscular aches, joint pain, and neuralgia. The tablet formulation contains paracetamol 500mg and dihydrocodeine tartrate 7.46mg per tablet. Paracetamol helps reduce pain and fever, while dihydrocodeine is an opioid painkiller that provides additional relief when standard painkillers are not enough. Suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and over, Paramol Tablets are designed for short-term use only, for up to 3 days. Due to the presence of dihydrocodeine, prolonged use can lead to dependence, so it should be taken exactly as directed. Commonly used for stronger pain relief during acute moderate pain episodes.
