Dermol 500 Lotion

Dermol 500 Lotion is an antimicrobial emollient used to relieve dry, itchy, and irritated skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, and other dry skin problems. It helps moisturise the skin while also supporting protection against bacteria that can aggravate dry or broken skin. The lotion formulation contains benzalkonium chloride 0.1% w/w and chlorhexidine dihydrochloride 0.1% w/w, which provide antimicrobial action, alongside liquid paraffin 2.5% w/w and isopropyl myristate 2.5% w/w, which help soften and hydrate the skin. It can be used directly as a leave-on moisturiser or as a soap substitute for washing. Suitable for regular daily use as directed, Dermol 500 Lotion is commonly used for eczema-prone skin, dermatitis, dry skin, itchy skin, and skin affected by frequent washing.
